HR and Governance Administrative Officer
(FIXED TERM - MATERNITY COVER)
· Hours 28 per week, days negotiable
· Full time salary £26,007, pro rata for hours worked: £20,285

Carers Trust Hillingdon & Ealing is the leading charity delivering high quality advice and support to unpaid family carers in the London Borough of Hillingdon and with a small team in Ealing. We have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join our Business Continuity team. The ideal candidate will be highly-organised and will possess strong communication and IT skills, which are essential to ensuring the smooth running of the office. The post-holder will support all recruitment and HR functions and also work with the Board of Trustees to ensure effective governance of the charity. It is a varied, busy but rewarding role. Some event management experience would be helpful, although training and support will be provided by our friendly team.
This is a fixed term contract (Maternity Cover) expected to start April 2026 until April 2027.

Young Carers Sessional Worker
Location : London Borough of Hillingdon’s Youth Centres – Harlington Young People’s Centre
Hours: 4 Hours Per Week (Saturday 9.30am -1.30pm)
Salary: £12.22 per hour

Young people caring for someone at home need a chance to have fun, meet new friends and talk to someone about their situation.
This is an exciting and rewarding position for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and knows how to relate to young people. Sessional Workers assist in the delivery of young carer youth club sessions and activities with our Young Carers Team.
